Kings Norton Sixth Form

Introduction

Kings Norton Sixth Form is small enough to care but big enough to offer a wide choice and this is the secret to Kings Norton Sixth Form's consistent track record of success. You will find that year on year students who study A-levels with us achieve excellent results and secure the best progression pathways.

We are very proud of our heritage and the outstanding Post-16 education we have provided for over 100 years. But we are very much a Sixth Form of the present, responding innovatively to change and with a keen eye on the future in which our students will undoubtedly play a significant part. With this in mind we provide opportunities, which will challenge them to develop strength of character, compassion, resilience and a self belief which will enable them to overcome any obstacle which may come their way.

Having just under 250 students in our Sixth Form enables staff and students to know each other well. Relationships are warm yet purposeful and there is plenty of individual specialist support in subjects to enable everyone to succeed academically and on a personal level through strong pastoral support.

Following a long and successful experience of teaching boys in partnership with the local boys school Kings Norton Sixth Form became co-educational in 2015.
