Cleaner & Lunchtime Supervisor

Cleaner and Lunchtime Supervisor: 2 Permanent posts, working term time only

 Lunchtime Supervisor Hours: 5 per week, term time only – Grade 1/2 scale point range 2-4 (Full Time Equivalent Salary £22,064 – £22,802, actual salary £2,654 – £2,743)

Cleaner Hours: 2 posts available, hours as follows:-

  • 5 hours per week all year round Grade 1 SCP3 FTE £22,430 (pay award pending) actual salary £8,910 (Monday to Wednesday 3.15pm to 6.15pm; Thursday and Friday 3.15pm to 6.00pm)
  • 12 hours term time only Grade 1 SCP3 FTE £22,430 (pay award pending) actual salary £6,475 (Monday to Wednesday 3.15pm to 5.45pm; Thursday and Friday 3.15pm to 5.30pm)

Please note, applicants can apply for both elements of the role or can apply for either the cleaner element of lunchtime supervisor; please stipulate this on your application form.

The successful candidate will be a team player who will work collaboratively with their colleagues to ensure that a high level of cleanliness is maintained throughout the school on a daily basis.  Working as a lunchtime supervisor you should have excellent verbal communication skills to develop positive relationships with our students.  The role is key in ensuring the school’s Behaviour for Learning policy is followed.
