Early Closure (12:20pm)

Dear Parents and Carers,

Early Closure at 12.20pm: Thursday 24 September

We are delighted to be hosting our Open Evening for prospective pupils and their families on Thursday 24th September. This is an important and exciting opportunity for us to showcase our school, introduce families to our wonderful staff and pupils, and share the opportunities available at KNGS.

To allow our staff and site team sufficient time to prepare the school and ensure that the site is safe, welcoming and ready for our visitors, the school will close to all pupils at 12.20pm on Thursday 24 September.

We appreciate that an earlier finish may create some practical issues for families, and we are very grateful for your understanding and support. If this early closure causes any difficulty for your child, please contact Ms. Cartin or Mrs. Mugridge so that we can discuss how we may be able to support you.

For pupils entitled to Free School Meals, a packed lunch can be collected from the canteen before leaving school. Please email enquiry@kngs.co.uk by Monday 21 September if your child would like one.

Thank you, as always, for your continued support and understanding. We are very much looking forward to welcoming prospective pupils and their families to KNGS and sharing what makes our school such a special place.

Yours sincerely,

Mrs. L Sullivan
Headteacher
