GCSE Certificate Presentation

Year 11 Class of 2017

Thursday 23rd November saw the return of many of our Year 11 – Class of 2017, for a celebratory event, where the students were individually presented with their GCSE certificates. We also welcomed Mrs Vicky Mansueto from Lloyds Banking Group as our guest speaker, who gave an inspirational speech, about her involvement with KNGS through the Business Class Partnership between KNGS and Lloyds.

In addition to the GCSE Certificate Presentation there were a number of individual student prizes awarded – the new Lloyds Art Award, which was presented to Sachini Pattiya Gardi Hewage and in addition the ‘Artists Artist Award’ was presented to Freya Stephenson, The Richard Rogers Prize for “Philosophy of Religion” was awarded to Chloe Aggrey, The Eileen Daines Prize for “English Literature” was awarded to Nate Callanan, the South & City College Principal’s Award Scheme was awarded to Zarin Vandriwala, Julia Moody & Megan Blackmore and the Headteacher’s Prize was awarded to Lucy Wilkes. Well done Class of 2017!
