It’s a sell out at Cake Sale for Mind!

Enterprising Year 13 Psychology students launched a period of fundraising for Mental Health charity Mind with a lunchtime cake sale. Handcrafted cakes were available for purchase by pupils and staff and unsurprisingly it was a sell out! Alice from Year 13 said, “A cake sale is a fun and interactive way of raising money for Mind. Everyone has been really enthusiastic about buying cakes and we sold out quickly! We can definitely say it was a success.

A lot of customers were also happy to donate extra funds; the event has really lifted the atmosphere in school this lunchtime! Charity events like this really bring the school community together.

The bake sale is just the start of many exciting endeavors our team have coming up!”
