We know that may parents and carers value App based communication with school. From June 2025, KNGS will be using the Edulink One App to communicate with parents and carers.
Edulink One Parent App
| Uses for you as a Parent/Carer |
- Important information such as attendance, achievement and behaviour.
- Access to your child’s school interims and school report. Paper copies of school reports are not provided.
- Notifications about key information such as key dates for your diary.
- Access to update your contact details, so we always have the most up-to-date information in case of an emergency.
- If you have more than one child at school, you’ll have access information for all your children from the same App.

| Getting Started with the Edulink One App |
- We will send you an activation email, simply click on the link from your tablet, PC or smartphone to activate your account. Please note your activation email will expire after 14 days if it is not used. Please contact KNGS via enquiry@kngs.co.uk if this happens.
- From your smartphone or tablet, download the app from the Google Play or Apple App store – search for Edulink One.
